  • I have already paid. However, my account has not been created yet. What should I do?

    This could occur if the payment gateway is still holding your funds and they have not been credited to the company`s account. Do not worry; as soon as the funds are credited to the company`s account, your account will be created and you will be notified via email. Otherwise, the payment gateway will refund your funds in accordance with their policies.

  • Even after so many days, I still have not received my refund. What should I do?

    This may occur if your funds are held by the payment gateway/bank. The refund will be processed in accordance with the bank`s payment gateway`s policies and procedures.

  • I misunderstood the company`s service and/or paid by mistake. Is there a way to get a refund?

  • Who qualifies for a GST refund?

    Customers who have updated their GST information through their portal are eligible to file GST returns.

  • I have changed my mind and no longer want to use the company`s services. Is it possible to get a refund?

  • I accidentally made multiple payments. Can I get a refund?

    If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments, they are entitled to a refund. The customer must request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, either by using the website`s Raising A Request section or by calling the company`s registered phone number.
