Do not worry; as soon as the funds are credited to the company`s account, your account will be created and you will be notified via email. Otherwise, the payment gateway will refund your funds in accordance with their policies.
This may occur if your funds are held by the payment gateway/bank. The refund will be processed in accordance with the bank`s payment gateway`s policies and procedures.

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments, they are entitled to a refund. The customer must request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, either by using the website`s Raising A Request section or by calling the company`s registered phone number.
